Room available for 20-something LGBT person

We are looking for a new roommate to move into our 3-bed house in East Didsbury/Burnage. The rent is £500 per month with bills roughly £150 in the winter and cheaper in the summer. The house has a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden, and office room. It is located less than a 5-minute walk from Burnage train station and the nearest bus stop, and a 10-minute walk from Didsbury Village and metrolink. Also a short walk away from local shops and a Tesco supermarket.

Currently living in the house are Maverick (me), and Issie. We are friends who met at university, both in our mid-20’s working full time jobs. We enjoy spending our evenings together chilling or watching some TV, and love hosting for friends every so often.

We would prefer our new housemate to be LGBTQ+ as we both are 🌈 and we would love to find someone who we can become friends with. We would prefer our new housemate to be quite chilled, cosy, and not a party animal.
