My current flatmate is moving out at the end of July and so I'm looking for a new flatmate to replace her.

The double room is large and comes pre furnished with the bed, wardrobe, the two bedside draws, shelf and a large drawer.

The communal areas in the flat such as the kitchen and living room area are furnished as seen in the photos. The flat has a shared bathroom big enough for two (I can send you a video of this).

The flat is in the heart of Eccles, has perfect transport links and is in walking distance of shops and supermarkets.

The monthly rent is inclusive of all other bills as well as the flat comes with free parking which is ideal for any driver.

A bit about me - I'm a working professional, pretty much office based (so if you work from home you'll have the place to yourself during the day). I'm friendly, respectful and appreciate a clean and relaxed flat space. I'd like to live with another female working professional who is easy going, considerate, and wants to make the flat a home rather than just a place to stay.
