* The Room: Furnished double bedroom (includes double bed, wardrobe, and drawers).
* Bathroom: You’ll have main bathroom access.
* Council Tax: Band B

About Me
I’m a tidy, friendly, and outgoing 24-year-old professional (Accountant) working in the Northern Quarter. I’m in the office 3 days a week. Outside of work, I love getting outdoors when the weather plays nice, or relaxing inside with movies, series binges, cooking, and board games when it turns typical Manchester grey.

* Train: ~2-minute walk to Eccles Station (direct trains to Victoria, Deansgate, Oxford Road & Piccadilly).
* Tram & Bus: ~5-minute walk to Eccles Tram Stop / Bus Interchange.
* Parking: Flat overlooks a Salford City Council car park. Permits available (£40/mo or £432/yr).
* Trafford Centre: 15–20 min drive.

Amenities within 5–10 mins walk: Morrisons, Aldi, and West One Retail Park (Lidl, PureGym, Home Bargains, The Range, Subway, McDonald's).

* Total: ~£846.60/month per person
