Seeking new roommate for 2 bedroom flat in Eccles. Large double room plus private bathroom down the hall from the bedroom that includes a bath and shower. The living area and kitchen is open plan and shared, there is also a balcony area. Bedroom includes a bed, wardrobe, drawers and 2 bedside tables. The flat is in a great location opposite barton canal with a 3 min walk to the nearest bus stop with direct bus to the city centre and the Trafford centre (which is also only a 20 min walk away).
The previous tenant is my best friend so I’m looking to live with someone I will get along well with too! I love art, photography, film, music (most kinds but I love alternative/indie rock/folk), and watching dumb tv shows. I also work full time and have to get up at 6am everyday so I need to live with someone who is considerate of noise levels in the evening.
Deposit is £684.37 (5 weeks rent) but the app wouldn’t let me post that amount for some reason
