The house has a large kitchen, two bathrooms, a common area with a beautiful brick fireplace and wooden floors, and a large paved back patio for enjoying in summer. It is temperature controlled. Everyone should keep the house tidy using a cleaning rota, and respect each other's downtime.

The house is conveniently located across from Aldi, Tesco, and many other shops, and is only a four minute walk to the Failsworth tram stop, and a minute walk to a bus that leads straight to Manchester, so it's very well-located for those commuting to the city centre. There is also a nice wooded area and a canal, both about a five minute walk from the house. All bills are included.
