Cozy Room Near City: 15 minutes to the city

Seeking a housemate in a nice house in a great area close to Manchester City Centre. This is on a short-term basis and so would suit someone looking for a place for 2-3 months. It could potentially be for longer but would have to confirm during the 2-3 month stay so some flexibility would be needed. I’m doing a bit of travelling for 2-3 months but I may extend and do some more.

You would be sharing with a male who is 36 who is in the second room. He’s considerate and quiet but he’s chatty too so so can get the best of both.

Tram stop within 10 minute walk and takes 17 minutes into the city. Bus stop 5 minute walk which takes 20-25 minutes into the city. Nice parks in the area. Big Tesco within 10 minute walk. Lidl 5 minute walk and Aldi 15 minute walk.

A gym 10 minute walk away which has a pool and there is a The Gym Group around 15-20 minute walk.

There is off road parking if you have a car. There is a space to wfh if you need too!

I just ask that you are someone that is respectful, that’s just the main thing really. Keep the house clean, I think that’s just the obvious one really.

Lots of pubs in the area and some decent quizzes too if you’re into that.

The £650 includes rent and all bills. Council Tax, Gas and Electric, Water, Internet, TV License. Bills normally come to around £210 each a month.

I have all the channels on the TV. I also have Netflix.
