Short stay, clean and homely place

For 1 week- 1 month stay only. Use as a holiday stay or transition periods whilst waiting for your permanent place. I am a live in landlord. Character reference required.
The house is in a well located nicely furnished/ decorated 3 bed semi. Allocated parking available for 2-3 cars.
The house is located just south of Plattfields park on a quiet cul de sac. It's modern and there’s a separate kitchen/ diner/ seating area. Alarmed storage for bikes.

Close to Manchester University. You can walk or cycle. Near Sainsbury, Lidl, Tesco and some shops with exotic fruits and vegetables.
A walk to the Gym, Pubs, Restaurants and Curry mile. Bus ride reaching within few minutes to Oxford road, City Centre, Didsbury, Manchester Airport.
We are looking for a clean matured minded student who had experienced house sharing before.
Or Professionals moving to Manchester for a new job.
Or a parent of a student who is visiting. All rooms are single occupancy only.
Requirements are advance payment for rent, deposit will be £300 if renting 2 or more than 1 week. and most of all character and financial references are checked.

I have my own kitchen but I use the other kitchen once in a while for washing and drying clothes.

3 bedroom, 2 toilets, 2 kitchen, 1 bath/shower.
