Occupancy & Dates
We are looking for one group of 4 students to move in from 1st July.
Half Rent - In July & August, if the house is unoccupied it will only be half rent - you're of course welcome to store your things here and will have access to property during this time.
Full Rent - September onwards.

Guarantor
You provide us with the details of your Guarantor who will cover the rent if you aren't able to.

Landlords
We're Kathryn and Khatab, we own and manage the property and like to take a personal approach to management - you are in direct contact with us (so you never have to deal with any agents) and we are always on hand to deal with any issues. We often have tenants who renew their tenancy year on year which reflects the house, and our good relationship with our tenants.
