Looking for a 3rd Housemate

Hey everyone,

We are looking for a 3rd housemate to join us in our houseshare in Fallowfield. It's located on the quieter end of Braemar Road so is a close walk to everything you need (shops, bars, gym etc) and there is always plenty of unrestricted street parking.

Sadly the girl, who has been living here for 3 years is having to move out due to moving back in with family, so I'm looking to replace her - happy with males or females, but no couples sorry.

About me - I'm a 33y/o male working in events. I came to live in Manchester a couple of years ago after travelling for a few years. Typically more chilled weeknights, but like to go out for drinks etc on the weekend. Would be great to have a roommate who is the same and keen to join! If you're new to Manchester I'd be happy to show you around too. Other housemate is a late 20's male who works 9-5 in IT in an office, enjoys keeping fit, has a great coffee machine, and is also a DJ ( in a studio space, not at home don't worry!)

The house is a 3 bed 1 bath terrace, the kitchen is brand new with lots of storage and some high spec appliances. The rear of the property has a reasonable sized yard etc, all pretty standard in a terrace property. There's a shared living room which is just currently being renovated, with a 55'' smart tv on the wall, perfect for Netflix/movies etc. House is council tax band B, so on the cheaper side especially split between 3.

The bathroom has also been recently updated, and soon I am having some work done upstairs to add 2 extra bedrooms and a bathroom (but only one more room will be filled, not two!)

The room is a decent sized double (roughly 3.3mx3.5m) and will be furnished with all the standard furnishings, and can arrange anything particular if needed.

About you - we've no real preferences about age/gender/orientation etc. We'd like someone who also likes to keep the place tidy and someone to can get along with well but is equally happy to have their own space.
