Fallowfield, nearby the other major university accommodation buildings. Bus stops are less than a minute’s walk away. It is only a 5 minute walk to University of Manchester (Fallowfield campus) and it is about 10 minutes by bus to city centre for other UoM campuses and Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU). The tenancy is for the whole academic year (51 weeks).

You can enjoy close proximity to a large number of shops, restaurants & pubs, lively bars, cafes, swimming pool and sport centres! Tesco, Lidl, Superdrug (pharmacy), Pound Land, the post office, hospitals, art museum, gym, swimming pool etc are just 1 minutes walk. Sainsbury and ASDA supermarket are 2-3mins by bus, about 10mins walk. Beautiful Whitworth Park is across the road.

The studio is in excellent modern condition and has been designed with the needs of students in mind. You can watch your favourite movies with friends in the on-site cinema room or catch up with other residents in the social space. Use the high-speed internet for all your research to get a head start on your assignments.

When it’s time for a break, you can even stream your favourite shows online or play pool with your mates. Laundry facility is available, so your domestic chores will be taken care of. Bike storage facility is present on-site, so you can
