Hi, I have a 3 bed Victorian terrace house in Fallowfield/Rusholme.
One small double room on the first floor is becoming free mid-February. The bathroom is shared between this room and one more (the third room is an ensuite). Kitchen and living room is shared by all. We do not have a cleaner, we all clean the house.
Gas, council tax and electric are included in the price.
We don't have broadband and we use our individual mobile networks for internert. This works well, so there is no plan to install broadband.
Both remaining flatmates are in full time work, and work from the office.
We are looking for someone in the similar age group, in full time employment.
