I am looking for a responsible, down to earth and clean person who will treat the house like its own. This house has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and the number of people in the house will be 3 including myself.

I am a full time employee as well as very friendly, respectful (especially to privacy) and looking to rent out the room only to help with bills.
