This is a friendly, relaxed household in one of the most desirable parts of Fallowfield, close to shops, bus stops Plattfield park and the universities. The room is fitted with a queen sized bed and a frame, wardrobe, chest of draws and desk. We also live with 2 little black cats called Winnie and Frida who will ensure you never have a boring day in this house. As a house we play music and spend a lot of time painting and creating so if you are into that kind of stuff we will be sure to get along.
The rent includes everything - council tax, internet, water, gas, electricity, TV license etc.
The rent is £525 pcm. Reductions might be available in exchange for cat-sitting at some point in the future.
