Hi, we’re looking for 2 students to join our 6-bed house in Fallowfield for the next academic year.
There are currently 4 of us confirmed, and we’re a friendly, easy-going group. We enjoy a good balance of nights in, going out, pub trips, cooking together and having a laugh, but we’re also respectful of people’s space, uni work and downtime.
The house would suit students who are sociable, clean, reliable and looking for a relaxed but fun student house. We’re open to any students, including international or exchange students looking for somewhere in Manchester for the year.
We’re happy to send over more details about the rooms, rent, bills, location and tenancy dates. We can also share our Instagrams so you can see who you’d be living with and have a chat before anything is agreed.
