Hey!!
I’m currently looking for a female student to take over my spot in a tenancy starting 1 July 2026. The rent is 165 a month inc bills and there is a deposit of 770. It’s a 4 bed in fallowfield, with three other girls aged 21 going into their third year who are very tidy and respectful.
The house is right next to a train station which is perfect for commuting to uni quickly, and also has plenty of shops, pubs, bus stops etc within walking distance.
