Double bedroom available in Fallowfield

Hi! We are 3 friends looking for a fourth housemate! :) We love spending time together in the living room watching tv, chatting or eating together and would love someone who would join us! However someone who prefers to keep to themselves is also welcome:) also queer friendly pls!

The house provides a generous living space with great views of Platt Fields Park opposite and is ideally located within walking distance to Wilmslow Road bus routes, local amenities and Fallowfield Centre. It is a large house with lots of space for everyone and includes a shared living room and kitchen (both furnished), garden and 2 bathrooms.
The bedroom itself is a good size, on the ground floor and comes fully furnished.

Rent is £628.50 on the 1st of every month and the deposit is £725, bills are not included but we currently pay £115pm for a package. Council tax band B.
