I’m looking for someone to takeover my tenancy in this gorgeous, unbelievably priced flat that I am sad to be leaving, you’ll be sharing this 3 bed flat with 2 guys and 1 girl - all young professionals who have lived and worked in Central/South Manchester and know the area well. Any gender welcome.

We're very sociable and enjoy playing board games in the living room, having a pint(s) down the local or going for a hike. We respect each other's space but ultimately we're looking for someone who's tidy and considerate and most importantly, looking to be a part of a sociable flat.

It’s a double bedroom with lots of storage space, wide south-facing windows that let in plenty of natural light and look out onto a leafy cul-de-sac.

We have a large open-plan living/dining room, two bathrooms and a fantastic south-facing balcony. Good relationships with neighbours around the block makes for a community feel.

The flat is literally a minute away from all Fallowfield's amenities but maintains a quietness due to the road being a dead-end making it ideal for those who use the buses to commute. There is a parking access, modern kitchen appliances, garage space and a well maintained garden area.

The landlord is amazing, best i've had. He can't do enough and really restores faith that good landlords do exist still!
