We're a friendly flatshare of 3 young professionals looking for someone aged 24–33 to join. We're sociable and enjoy playing board games in the living room or having a pint down the local, but we also respect each other's space and downtime. We're looking for someone who's tidy and considerate and happy to be a part of the flat socially.

Wide south-facing windows throughout the flat let in plenty of natural light and look out onto a leafy cul-de-sac. Big open living room with dining room and long balcony! Two bathrooms. Good relationships with neighbours around the block, and of all ages, makes for a community feel while being only 2 minutes away from all amenities.
