Double room with Ensuite to rent - Asian Household

Me and my husband are looking for someone to rent our room.

We are both near retirement age and are full time working professionals. We are both asian (Bangladeshi) and Muslim.

We are open to all as long as they are respectful. Unfortunately no smoking and drinking in the household and no overnight visitors. You can smoke outside the house if you are a smoker just not in the room. This will probably not suit everyone but these are our simple rules.

There is a wc toilet that Is part of the room but the shower is shared in a different bathroom. Kitchen and living room is shared. Parking space available at the front of the property.

All bills are included. EPC rating is C.
