Lovely room with young professionals in Withington

Hi! We are looking for someone to replace our housemate in our lovely house on the border between Withington and Fallowfield!

Placed in a quiet, secluded street just off a main road, this is a really chill place to live but still 10 minute walk from the centre of Withington and Fallowfield. You would be living with three young professionals in a house with a big living room, kitchen with dining table, one bathroom, big garden and parking space. The room itself has bed, drawers, wardrobe, and bookcase with plenty of space to add more! We are ideally looking for another young professional but would be open to mature or phd students.

We are all good friends in the house where we enjoy watching films, cooking dinner, and hanging out together. But we also enjoy alone time and are out of the house a lot too! Our interests include reading, films, music, art, cooking, hiking, and gardening.

Rent is 525, with bills coming to 40/50 a month, and council tax 50 a month. Move in is the end of september.
