I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our 8-bedroom student house in Fallowfield for the 2026/27 tenancy (sorry - Students only).

The house is in a great location in Fallowfield, with easy access to the universities, local shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and bus routes into Manchester city centre.

👋 About the house & housemates

The house is a really sociable group, and most of us are into some kind of sport — between us we have people who play/enjoy football, hockey, swimming, skiing, mountaineering and cricket.

We also like going out for drinks, trying different pubs around Fallowfield and Manchester, and having the occasional pub quiz. 🍻🧠

It’s a good mix of people who are happy to socialise together, but obviously everyone has their own thing going on too. So if you're looking for a house where you can meet people, go out and do things together, while still having your own space, you'd fit in well!
