A large bright double bedroom, on the first floor at the front of the house. It can be furnished or unfurnished.

Rest of the house:
On the ground floor: Cosy front lounge, rear kitchen/diner, rear yard/garden.
On the first floor: the room available, my room and the shower/toilet room with walk in shower.
The house has been recently redecorated with updated kitchen.

The area:
On a quiet one way street with on street parking(no permit required).
Within walking distance is Platts Field Park and Alexandra Park, Fallowfield Triangle, Fallowfield and the Curry Mile with shops, restaurants and other amenities, Whitworth Gallery and Park, Oxford Road with Universities and hospitals. Manchester city centre is approx. 45 minute walk or 15 minute cycle.
There's a bus stop 1 minute away brings you in Manchester City centre or West Didsbury.

Me:
34y/o who works in Structural Engineering, Vegan, into keeping fit with yoga/the gym/cycling, pottering about.

House vibe:
Chilled, relaxed, adult space, clean and tidy, not a party house. You will have the house to yourself a lot as I'm away for work quite a bit atm.
No pets. No smoking indoors.

Rent, deposit and bills:
£700pcm including all bills and council tax
£700 deposit paid upfront with first months rent.

Availability:
The room is available from 23rd August, this is flexible so can be later. It will only be available for a short term period up to 6 months
