Double Furnished Room in House Available ASAP

A spare double room with a window seat is available in a student university house (184 Platt Lane, Fallowfield, Manchester M14 7DE). There are three of us girls looking for a new housemate asap - ideally from September until next July (2027). The rent is £770 monthly including bills with unlimited energy/water supply. We are hoping for another energetic housemate who is up for nights out etc. However we will respect privacy and quieter nights too. If interested please pop up and we would love to talk more if you are a suitable fit. The house is very comfortable with larger than average room size for all four bedrooms, all accompanied with wardrobes and desks and chairs and double beds, with three floors and two bathrooms. The house is located just opposite Platt Fields Park and is a 25 minute walk from City Centre! We have parking space available right outside the house. And by the way are all in second year (UoM) Xx
