A double bedroom on the 1st floor of our newly refurbished house in Rusholme/Fallowfield is available from October 10th. The 111 bus stop is a 1 minute walk away, so getting to the city centre is very easy and takes about 20 minutes. There is a gym a few minutes walk away and an Aldi about 10 minutes away by foot. Walking to the universities takes about half an hour, but the bus will also take you there in 15 minutes. Roadside parking is easily available on our street if you have a car.

We have a small garden at the back of the house, and a lovely kitchen with a spacious fridge/freezer, oven/stove top and a washing machine. The living area has a TV and couch where we sometimes watch movies and TV together.

The room on offer has a double bed with a Silentnight Orthopedic dream mattress, new Georgian windows, a chest of drawers, and a desk and chair. It is right next to a bathroom that is shared with just 1 other person.

The rent is £510 per month, bills are not included but gas/electric and wifi come to about £45 per person per month.

A little bit about us: I am starting the second year of my masters in Global Development, Phoebe has just finished her masters in Nutrition, and Pablo is an engineer. We are all working but enjoy spending time together too when we aren't too busy.
