Spare Room in Fallowfield

I'm looking for a student tenant who is willing to rent out one room in an 8 man student house.

The room has a double bed, storage space under the bed, a wardrobe, two drawers, small desk, office chair, and shelf space.

The seven other tenants are 4th year students at the Uni of Manchester.

It's a pretty sociable group but are all good students and decent lads. We're clean as well so don't stress about that. Expect a few pres and parties here and there but nothing outrageous.

There's a nice garden connecting to the neighbours with picnic benches, tables and chairs.

The kitchen has two cookers, two ovens, two grills, plenty of cupboard space, two fridges, microwave, rice cooker, air fryer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

We've got a good living room with a smart TV.

Three bathrooms, bath and showers.
