Double room with en-suite in 3 bed female house

We have a double room that has become available in our Fallowfield home. The house is small but cosy. You’ll be living with myself and one other girl. We are 23 and 27 so would ideally like someone who female and of a similar age range. We are both working professionals, I work in the office 5 days a week and the other housemate works from home 3 days a week. We are both sociable girls who enjoy our nights in, especially in the week and we also do enjoy going out at the weekend. We do spend a lot of time together in the evenings so it would be nice to have someone move in who would like to be a friend also.

The house has 2 floors and you’ll have the top second floor to yourself with the en-suite.

Room including all bills comes to just under £650. Council Tax band D.
