Double Room - 3 bed flat - Fallowfield

Hi

We are two males (23 y. o.), one working full time and one finishing out a masters, who are looking for a new flatmate for our 3 bed flat in south Fallowfield, to replace our current flatmate who is moving out at the end of the month. We'd happily live with either someone working or a masters student.

We are both very social, love our sport, going for a pint at the pub, going out to the peaks for a walk, or just having a chill night in.

Location wise, the flat is located off Mauldeth Road, only a 10 minute walk from the train station and <10 min walk from bus stops, ideal for getting into town for work or getting into uni.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. The desk in the photo is not included. The flat itself has a shared kitchen/living room which is already fully equipped from us living here for a year. There is one main bathroom with a bath/shower, as well as a smaller room with a single toilet in it.
