Room for rent in Fallowfield

Looking for someone to take over my room while I'm away on a semester abroad. The house is a super sociable 10-person student house, with 5 boys and 5 girls who are all friendly and chatty and would love to welcome a new face. It's the perfect balance of fun and chilled evenings and study.

Location: Right in the heart of Fallowfield, Manchester’s student area, just next to a big Sainsbury’s — ideal for food shops and getting to uni.

The room is on the top floor of the house, tucked away with its own corridor and away from any noise. It includes a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, cubby holes and a big window.

The house has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room, perfect for cooking and hanging out. We have a garden as well as 4 bathrooms (3 showers and a bath).
