Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my room from January 2027-July 2027.
Currently there are 6 tenants split equally female to male and are a sociable bunch.
I share a bathroom with my best friend who is female and it’s really modern and clean.

The house is located in fallowfield which is a vibrant, social student hub.
The price is £679 a month with the price uncapped bill included (£585 a month for the rent and £111.84 a month for the bills)
