We have two double rooms available from 1st February 2026, to students/post graduates and under graduates. We will accept students on short term studies. The room is located on the ground floor.
It is a popular seven bedroom property and the rooms are available immediately and there is no minimum term.
The house currently has five male students.
There are seven double bedrooms, All spacious and furnished.
It is a friendly spacious house share in the heart of Fallowfield opposite Owens Park Campus.
It is ideal for 2nd and 3rd year students moving out of Halls and looking to share with new interesting housemates. We will take 1st year students who prefer to be in house rather than halls of residence. We will also accept post graduates and Masters/Phd students.
The layout of the kitchen and lounge make it an extremely sociable house.
It is located in the Owen's Park area of Fallowfield and has 24 hour bus routes to the Universities and the City Centre.
The house is fully furnished and is maintained to very high standards throughout the year.
Each bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair and either a chest of drawers or a bedside table.
The two bathrooms are located on the first floor, the main bathroom includes a bath, shower, basin and wc, bathroom two is slightly smaller with a separate shower cubicle, basin and wc.
The lounge / kitchen is located on the ground floor.
Kitchen has ample cupboard space with units above and below.
It has two large standing fridge/freezers, washing machine, hob and oven, convection microwave, breakfast bar and lots of workspace. We have also recently installed additional kitchen cupboards and a dishwasher.
The lounge is open plan adjoining the kitchen.

All bills are exclusive. They are shared equally between all seven tenants.
