Seeking gardening fan for double free soon

My front upstairs lodger is trying to find a place with friends and hopes it will be "soon". Unfortunately, that means I can't be definite on dates yet.

I own the house and live here so I’m looking for someone who wants to be part of a community, sees keeping the bills low as a team effort and is quiet at bed time.

I usually have people just moving to the area and who want to find their bearings before committing to something longer term. Of these, about 50% of people end up staying.

A good match in my head is someone who likes the allotment, the chinning bar (and 20 other gym things around the place) and a game of Cards Against Humanity. If you really like gardening and can cover my visits to my parents' house planned in advance, then there's also the opportunity to do this workaway styles.

I've stated that I want an English speaker because I'd like less spam/ copy paste and more genuine interaction. As long as you've understood what I'm looking for and respond to that, I don't actually care about English proficiency.
