Double room in Fallowfield available end Augustish

There is a room available from late August (back upstairs room, all white walls). Date to be confirmed.

I own the house and live here so I’m looking for someone who wants to be part of a community, sees keeping the bills low as a team effort and is quiet at bed time.

I usually have people just moving to the area and who want to find their bearings before committing to something longer term. Of these, about 50% of people end up staying.

A good match in my head is someone who likes the allotment, the chinning bar (and 20 other gym things around the place) and a game of Cards Against Humanity.

I've stated that I want an English speaker because it's my home and I want to communication to be easy. As long as you've understood what I'm looking for and your message sounds more like a response to mine than you're copy-pasting 1 or 2 lines to everyone in 25 mile radius, I don't actually care about English proficiency.
