I am an open minded gay guy and would therefore prefer an LGBT house mate (although not essential, but must be LGBT friendly). My home is situated in a lovely, friendly sought after avenue in Whalley range/Fallowfield near to Alexandra Park, sth Manchester. Within easy commute to the city centre via walking, public transport or car (there is on street parking). I'm respectful, friendly and easy to get along with. Your own facilities are: Furnished room with a double bed, 32" smart TV, usb sockets & private shower room.
Shared facilities are: lounge, kitchen, dining room and outdoor lounge area (with power point and log burner for Al-fresco dining in the warm weather). Rent includes all utilities & unlimited WiFi. My ideal house mate is someone who is friendly respectful & sociable, who prefers the 'homely' environment with the added opportunity of privacy without the stigma of house-share rules, rather than just a room in a house.

Must be in full time employment.
