Double room in beautiful modern apartment –

Thank you for stopping by. I know there are lots of rooms to choose from, so I’m really glad you’ve taken a moment to look at mine.

I’m looking for someone to share my lovely two-bedroom apartment with me for a few months. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels like home rather than just a place to sleep, we might just be a good match.

The flat is modern, bright and fully furnished, with a comfortable double room, a shared bathroom, a spacious living area and a balcony that gets plenty of use. The building also has a residents’ gym and cinema room, and all bills and Wi-Fi are included.

One of my favourite things about living here is how convenient everything is. The train station is just a short walk away, and so are Asda, Lidl, Home Bargains, the post office, pharmacies and plenty of other shops. The staff here are lovely, the neighbours are friendly, and it’s genuinely been a really nice place to call home.

You’ll also be sharing the space with Zazu, my little budgie (bird). He’s a tiny character with a big personality. Every now and then you’ll hear him chirping away, and when it’s safe, he loves flying around the flat to stretch his wings. I just hope anyone moving in will enjoy having him around as much as I do.

A little about me… I work full-time in Manchester, and outside of work I love cooking healthy meals, keeping active, reading, writing and looking after both myself and my home. I truly believe our homes should be our sanctuary—a place where we can breathe, switch off and feel at peace after a long day.

I’m hoping to find someone who feels the same. Someone who’s clean, considerate and easy to live with, who respects shared spaces and enjoys a calm home. I’m not looking for a party house, but I do love the idea of sharing the occasional meal, having a drink together or sitting around the table chatting and laughing now and then. It’s all about finding that balance between enjoying each other’s company and respecting each other’s space.

I do smoke occasionally, so I’d ideally like someone who’s comfortable with that.
