I'm offering one bedroom in my lovely 3-bedroom house in Bolton. The house is fully furnished, everything is new, and it's a clean, comfortable place to live.

🐱🐶 I have one cat and two small dogs. They're very friendly, but they're not allowed upstairs, so the bedroom area stays pet-free.

I'm happy to share cooking and cleaning, and I don't mind cooking for both of us. 😊 I'm looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy person who is working, enjoys a peaceful home and doesn't party.

You must be comfortable living with cats and dogs, as they're part of my family. ❤️
