Room available in 3 bed house 🌿🫶

Hi! We’re two friends that have recently moved into a gorg 3 bed house in Firswood (10 mins walk from chorlton!) and are looking for another housemate 🫶

We’re looking for someone who wants to be friends as well as housemates, and make a home (with lots of plants and trinkets). Mo is a paramedic, and Grace is a graphic designer. We’re both crafty, love to chill in the house and yap but also love a pint with pals. Mo has two lovely cats Lily and George who are 10yo and super friendly and love a cuddle, so animal lover is a must!

The bedroom is the smallest of the 3 rooms so would be cheaper rent at £550 (bills not included) & deposit is £687. We have a living room, craft room, kitchen and a nice garden so lots of space! There is parking and we are a 5 min walk from the tram so super easy to get into town.

The room/house is unfurnished, but we’re on a second hand mission to furnish every room so would be more than happy to help you source furniture on the cheap if needed. We’re looking for someone to move in from 17th July (next rent installment) but happy to be flexible for the right person.
