We are a couple with three young children (ages 1–4) looking for a respectful and easy-going tenant to join our home.
The rent includes all bills and WiFi, making things simple and hassle-free.
This is a warm family household, so we’re ideally looking for someone who is out working full-time. Unfortunately, working from home would not be suitable for the space.
We are offering a private room, with no shared lounge access. Kitchen access is available, but would need to be limited, as we have a busy family life and young children to cook for daily. I also occasionally film cooking content, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable with minimal and planned kitchen use rather than frequent long cooking sessions. You will have access to your own toilet and bathroom upstairs.
We’d love to find a professional, considerate tenant who is independent, tidy, and happy in a calm, family-focused environment.
