The house is currently shared by three mature students/professionals, with 4 people in total once the room is occupied. Looking for someone friendly, respectful and considerate of shared spaces.

🏠 Longer-Term Home
Please only enquire if you are looking for a longer-term home. This is a shared house where the existing tenants live, so having people regularly moving in and out for short stays can be disruptive and unfair to the other housemates.

For that reason, I'm looking for someone whose intention is to stay for 6 months or longer, rather than someone needing accommodation for 1–2 months for a course, exams, work placement or other temporary reason.
