Hello, I’m Helen.

I have a double room available in a cosy two-bedroom semi-detached house, located less than five minutes' walk from the picturesque Dovestones Reservoir in Saddleworth. I am seeking a professional lodger for my spare double room.

During the week, you will have exclusive use of the property from Monday to Friday, with the rare exception. I will generally be present every other weekend.

The initial letting period is 3 to 4 months, with the possibility of a longer-term arrangement.

The property features a modern kitchen with contemporary appliances, 2 modern bathrooms one with heated floors and a well-maintained garden and shed. The double room is light, has a small storage unit and a seperate walk in wardrobe with views of Indians Head peak from the window.

There is parking available directly beside the house as well as in front of the property.

The house is well connected to transport links and approximately a ten-minute walk to Greenfield train station, and bus stop is just one minute’s walk, providing convenient access to Manchester and Huddersfield.

I lead an active and healthy lifestyle and enjoy running in the Peak District and exploring the coffee shops of Saddleworth. If you enjoy being active, you will find yourself immersed in beautiful rolling hills just minutes from the house!
