The flat is in a great location – walking distance to MRI, University of Manchester, Whitworth Park and Gallery, plus loads of shops, restaurants, music venues and cafes.
Easy transport links to Manchester city centre, Didsbury, Chorlton and Stockport.

The Room & Flat:
Fully furnished double bedroom.
You’ll have use of the main bathroom (not ensuite, but all yours as I have my own).
Spacious flat with a comfy living area, large storage cupboard, balcony and kitchen.

One car park space.

Rent is £550 each. Bills approx. £180/month each depending on the time of year (includes council tax (band B), broadband, water, and electricity)

About Me:
I’m sociable and easy going, but also like my own space and downtime and am looking for someone with a similar vibe. I work Mon-Fri 9-5 from the office for the NHS, but there is a desk area if you wfh.

Move-in date: end of July - rent cycle is on the 29th of the month.
