Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, tidy, quietish and respectful flatmate to share this 2 bed, 2 bath third-floor flat.
LGBTQ+ friendly. Women/NB/professionals only please.
The flat is in a great location – walking distance to MRI, University of Manchester, Whitworth Park and Gallery, plus loads of great shops, restaurants, music venues and cafes.
Easy transport links to Manchester city centre, Didsbury, Chorlton and Stockport.

The Room & Flat:

Fully furnished double room.
Spacious flat with a comfy living area, large storage cupboard, balcony and kitchen.
You’ll have use of the main bathroom (not ensuite, but all yours as I have my own).

One car park space.

Bills approx. £180/month each depending on the time of year (includes council tax, broadband, water, and electricity)

About Me:
I’m sociable and easy going, but also like my own space and downtime and am looking for someone with a similar vibe. Happy to hang out over some food or a film! I work Mon-Fri 9-5 from the office for the NHS, but there is a desk area if you wfh.

I am slightly nerdy so someone similar would be great. I love music, galleries, museums, video games, the theatre and cinema visits.

Move-in date: end of July - rent cycle is on the 29th of the month.
