Single Room in 4-person houseshare

This room is in a houseshare in Greenheys, just on the edge of Whitworth Park. At a 5 minute walk from most university buildings, and 30 minute walk to the city centre, it is very central, and right next to all the Oxford road bus lines.

We are 3 musicians between 24 and 30, one in a master's (RNCM), one in a PhD (UoM) and one young professional. We have lived together in this house for a year, and are looking for someone similarly clean and sociable :).

The rent is a great £400/month bills excluded (and comes to about £460/month with gas, electricity, water and WiFi bills). The house has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, as well as a washing machine, dryer, projector. The room also has a private sink.
