Nice quiet house just off Oxford road near Whitworth park. We are a laid back group of guys - two 2 PHD students and one working for the council.
We're looking for a young professional or student to move in on the 1st of December . Ideally we're hoping for someone who has experience living with others.
We have two rooms available :)
There is also a cat that comes to visit us every so often, so bonus points if you like cats!
All bills including council tax and utilities come to about £100 a month.
