Room to rent close to Manchester City Centre

Hello, we're Michael, Cian and Paolo, two working professionals and one PHD student. We all get along well, maintain a tidy living space, respect one another's privacy and occasionally go out together to socialise. Our ages range from 24 - 32. Some general interests include music, cooking, running, sailing, and reading.

Communal spaces are the living room (sorry, there's no piano in there anymore, it's an old picture!), the kitchen and the bathroom.

The rent is £425 p/m, however this doesn't include bills. With all bills included (water, electricity, council tax, WiFi), total monthly payment should come to around £530, with some small fluctuations depending on how the bills shake out each month.

We're looking for someone to split council tax, so if you're a student, or otherwise exempt from paying council tax, sorry, but you needn't apply.
