The house is nicely decorated and has everything that you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. You would be sharing with 3 other working adults, sone of whom are also students. There is a shared kitchen, wc, living room and bathroom. There is a small courtyard at the back of the house, plus free on street car parking. There are bus stops less than a 5 minute walk fron the house with buses going in to Manchester every 6-8 minutes, taling around 15-20 minutes to Shudehill or Piccadilly Gardens. Also buses to Oldham and Bury. 4 major supermarkets within a 1 mile radius, plus lots of local shops and takeaways nearby. The house backs out over a beautiful woodland park.
The rooms are available for a minimum of 3 months with a view to establishing consistent occupancy. All tenants are vetted and have references checked for your peace of mind.
I respectfully bring your attention to the house rules of quiet hours between 8pm and 8am, strictly no parties or gatherings.
