My name is Grace, I work in IT as a Software Test Engineer. I am quiet and easy going person and I am looking for a nice person to share my space with.

A super clean house, quiet and lovely space. I want someone who can keep things tidy as well. The property is shared with other two (friends, male, both age 24) and we all have good relationships despite that we don't see often and it is a very quiet house.

Ensuite Room with Private Bathroom and Toilet £750/month all bills are included.

There is also a new Samsung 32inch smart TV in the room with Netflix provided.

It's great for someone who want to share existing kitchen cookware, plates, cutlery and glasses. There isn’t space in the kitchen to store your own kitchen items but a dedicated cupboard will be provided.

There is bus 202 which goes directly to Manchester City Center. Buses 347, 327, 322 to stockport and Ashton town. Bus stop is just a min walk from the house.

Plenty of pubs in the area, restaurants, morrisons and tesco are a few minutes walk away. Walking distance to Haughton Dale Nature Reserve and Haughton Green Playing Field Park.

Five minutes drive to Tameside Wellness Centre which provides gym, swim, sauna, steam and bowling. There is also a large shopping mall in the area - Crownpoint Town Centre with variety of stores, restaurants and pubs.
