Our 4-bedroom townhouse has just four housemates and 3 bathrooms, so there’s plenty of room for everyone. It’s clean, cosy, and has a welcoming feel from the moment you walk in.

- Initial move-in: first month’s rent + £275 deposit (returned against your final month’s rent when you give notice)
- Minimum stay: 6 months, then 1 month rolling tenancy
