This is suitable for single occupancy, no couples, no smokers, no pets. Full time work reference required

Bedroom with a single divan bed frame and single wardrobe. Share the middle floor bathroom with full sized bath, shower with WC & sink.

Professional working person, no smoking, no couples, no pets.

Bills included are council tax, gas, water, electric, TV licence and 1gig broadband.
