The house is in a lovely street in Heaton Moor a 5 minute walk to the handy railway station with trains taking you into the city centre in 8 Minutes and elsewhere across greater manchester
Shared kitchen, and bathroom. Own little lounge for you. I have a larger lounge for me.
Large open plan modern kitchen and dining room with original features.
Bedroom is large and very quiet. TV and plenty of storage.
I have a lovely Labrador very well trained so you need to be ok around dogs. I feed him outside and keep the house well cleaned and free of dog smells etc.
Would suit professional lady who wants to be in a lovely house in a fantastic location with the privacy of their own large bedroom.
I have had 3 people stay with me over the past 3 years and all has gone well.
