Lovely room in central Heaton Moor

Pristine Heaton Moor flat with surrounding large communal gardens. One room is £500 and the larger one is £600 . I don't mind which one I am in!

I’m an easy-going, low maintenance guy - I have my own business and am often out of the apartment. You will be sharing just with me :-)

I have hosted foreign students for years so I'm very welcoming to newbies to Manchester :-)

The apartment is located in Heaton Moor Village, close to many amenities including supermarkets, chemists, hairdressers, parks, spas, gyms, library, cinema, restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs.

There is also ample offroad parking if you need to store your vechicle in a safe location as the area is covered by CCTV. There are optional garages too if you need access to extra storage.

Very close to the train station which is then 10 minutes ride into Manchester City Centre or 5 minutes to Stockport.

Incredibly safe, secure and cosy location.

Note all bills are included, but gas is shared 50/50 as have had lodgers who have heating on and windows open when they know I'm paying the bill!
