Double Room Available in Heaton Moor

Double room to rent in nice flat in Heaton Moor.

I am a 31 year old Data Product Manager looking for a new flat mate to move in early August. I have lived in the flat for two and a half years, current flatmate is moving to London for work.

I am a sociable working professional who also values their own space. I like most sports, frequently exercise both at the gym, running and hiking, I enjoy a wide range of music, cook a lot in the flat and like visiting many of the local pubs, bars, cafes.

I like the flat to be tidy and well looked after.

The flat is about a 8 min walk to the local station and right by a local park. It is very close to many of Heaton Moors pubs, restaurants and cafes.

I work almost exclusively in the office so if you require to wfh that is easily accommodated.

The landlords are really nice and accommodating people - no third party to deal with. Rent is £550 a month with bills around £180/200 for electric, gas, council tax, water and WiFi. Deposit need to clarify with landlords.

Neighbours in the flat and surrounding area is very friendly and safe, never had an issue in my time here.

Looking for someone who is sound, sociable and friendly and be part of the flat but also happy in their own space. Ideally would share some similar interests as me but not essential.
