En-suite room in Heaton Moor

This is for a female who is looking for a quiet and clean space. You will be the only bedroom on the ground floor, so it feels very private.

You will be living with my mother and sister who are busy and have their own routine, but they also like to hang in the living room in the evenings.

We have local grocery shops just by a 5 minute walk and bus stops also that lead into city centre that are close by. A quicker way to get into city centre would be by train, its a 20 minute walk to the station and the train will get you there in 10 minutes.

We are looking for someone who is considerate, clean and looking for a place to relax rather than a party house. You will have access to the kitchen and living room for more space to relax and or work. It would be ideal if you were either a full time proffessional or full time student as this has worked with us in the past.

The bills are all included with council tax.
