Large fully furnished lovely double room available in smart newly refurbished character property in desirable street in Heaton Moor.
Located near to train and metro links. .Vey quiet but close to local shops bars restaurants etc
The house offers a comfortable spacious living arrangement. 3 bedrooms and shared bathroom but no issues as I am not a busy worker so its typically free mornings and evenings. I make sure I work stround you . There is a desk in the room but usually it is preferable if you work mainly at your workplace as I work from home downstairs.
Large open plan area downstairs with new kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, small lounge onto garden which is yours with TV Large lounge at front. I use that.
Parking on street available.
Professional female flat mate preferred who would enjoy the comfort and very chilled enviroment which is relaxed and easy. Plus you must like my dog! A very friendly labrador. I typically ask for one months notice if you wish to leave. Thanks Wendy
